  3. What you expected and what actually happened.
  4. The exact on-screen wording, or a screenshot without personal account details.
  5. For a browser issue: device, browser and whether you used the original site or embedded window.

Do not send passwords, login tokens or private game-session credentials. We do not need them to correct a guide.
