A useful game guide should make it clear where an answer comes from and when it needs another check.

One game identity

We cover the original project at pokebonk.com, led by Charcher. Other projects and a cryptoasset share the PokeBonk name. Their statistics, multiplayer features, token prices and progression rules do not become facts about this game.

Three types of source

  • Original project: the game’s public descriptions, menus, notices and original announcements.
  • Community reference: a third-party guide or report. Its observations remain attributed to that publisher.
  • Browser documentation: primary documentation used to explain browser behavior, such as cross-origin access or fullscreen.

Editorial suggestions and calculator arithmetic are identified as guidance or examples. They are not presented as measured in-game outcomes.

Research dates are not playtest dates

“Research reviewed” means we reviewed the described sources. It does not mean every named feature was tested in a complete run. A published playtest would require a version, date, conditions and defined scope. The current guides do not claim complete firsthand playtests.

Prices and formulas

The Lab calculator starts blank and accepts your own prices. Its optional lookup contains 19 first-level prices read from the v0.7.1 Lab on a new Guest on 19 Oct 2026. The Lab guide includes the table, source scope and screenshots. A first-level price does not establish later costs, and filled values remain editable. Unknown prices stay unknown; the separate example plan uses fictional inputs.

Roadmap updates

Planned, testing and released are different states. Reading a community report is different from reading the original announcement. We do not turn a relative target window into a fixed date or describe an unverified feature as live. The roadmap page keeps those distinctions visible.

Corrections

When a material fact changes, the relevant guide and its research notes are updated. Rebuilding the website alone does not change every guide’s reviewed date. Please include the affected page, exact game version and current on-screen wording when reporting a correction.
